Students who have failed the exams of a course for at least four times, can request to be assessed by a three-member committee, during the next exam period that the course is offered. The committee consists of members of teaching staff with the same or similar expertise, who are appointed by the Faculty Dean. The instructor of the specific course is excluded from this committee.

Students can apply within one month from the announcement date of the course grades at the Secretariat of the Faculty. Non-attendance at the exam does not count as a failed attempt to pass the course. In case of failure, students continue their studies, maintaining the right to request an exam by a three-member committee if they fail the same course again for at least four times.
