The Department of Mediterranean Studies of the University of the Aegean decided to award Scholarships, from the academic year 2021-22 onwards, to newly admitted students, based on the order of their admission (grade) to the Department after the Panhellenic Examinations for General Highschool Graduates:
- to the first newly admitted student, € 3,000
- to the second newly admitted student, € 2,000
- to the third newly admitted student, € 1,000
The scholarship will be awarded after the end of the 1st year of study, provided the student has successfully completed at least two courses of the winter and two courses of the spring semester of the 1st year.
In case they have the same grades, the beneficiaries will share the amount of the scholarship.
The above award is granted under the condition that there are available resources and may be differentiated following such decision of the Assembly of the Department.
